Dose anyone else have a problem with 801s on their reo with the stealth adapter? When I squeeze the bottle its really hard to get juice up, and when it dose go up it dose not enter the reservoir it goes directly into the atty. is this normal?

Also what is the 'limit' for 6v vaping? I assume I cannot use any LR's with 6v? and if I can, whats the min ohm? I have a 510 HR 3.5ohm I used with 6v, but I think its to much ohms or something because there is barley a difference (if any at all) compared to vaping a LR at 3.7.

I tried LR 1.5, Got burnt taste to often, tried 2.0 LR, wasnt strong enough, now im at 1.8 LR and still not a great fan... I use to smoke American Spirits (black or red packs) so I need a pretty strong vape..im searching but still not really happy yet.

btw 35 mins ago makes my first full day without a smoke! woot

thanks for any replies!!!

errmmm the OP is using an 801 adapter, so I assume that means the atty is an 801.

MY recommendation would be to get some 510 atty's. At 3.7 if you like a WARM vapor, go with the Cisco 306LR's (the lovely confusing thing is, these are 510 threads, just can't trust ANYONE around here when they toss out a number now can ya!), OR you can go with 510 either regular HR, or LR in different Ohm's. I have to wonder if it's not the adapter giving you a hard time as you suggest though.

If you want to skip the adapter altogether, try out the new "stealth" line from ikenvape.com.

IKV LR 2.0

I find it to be very similar to an 801 experience, but with a 510 connection. Nice and wide, so it's easy to drip in. I haven't bottom fed one yet, but I imagine it will perform very nicely. They use 801 drip tips as well, so it will feel right at home. It's a little shorter though, but so far I haven't bothered using an 801 or adapter since trying these out.

Oh, I forgot to respond to your question regarding high voltage resistance limits.

On a Reo Grand, you can pretty much use whatever resistance atty you like, as the battery size is quite substantial. If you want to err on the safe side, and you're doing high voltage, you can use AW IMR batteries, to ensure you have lots of output potential. As far as what resistance will work for you, its as much a matter of the atomizer style, and the juice, as anything else. If you want more of a kick, 801 isn't really the way to go. 801's tend to be a flavor based atomizer, but gentle on the throat hit end. A low resistance 306 will give you a good solid TH, and it should work well on your Reo. A bit less flavor maybe though, and it will run pretty darn hot at high voltage, but it's a good pair for the Reo, if TH is what you desire.
