Quick base question

I have 240ml 24mg base, I need to dilute this to 18mg.

If I add 60ml 0mg nic to the 240ml this should give me 300ml 18mg juice correct?

it will come out closer to 19mg

Thats fine after adding another 60ml of flavor it will drop down some. Just wanted to be sure before I mixed it all up. Thanks guys!

Then you will have 16 mg/ml.
