Taking 100% VG 100mg/ml base down to 25mg/ml 90VG/10 PG

Ok, so I am just making a usable Nic base to putz around with some flavors...

I want to make 240ml of 25mg/ml 90%VG 10%PG

So if my calcs are right I need to mix the following:

60ml 100mg/ml VG NIC
+
156ml VG
+
24ml PG

How am I doing?
