I was going to come back with good news but something else happened instead.

I found that it was way cheaper to buy on inawera.com, so I placed a pretty exciting order there and my total came to $57.99 all included. I got an error trying to check out via Paypal, so I asked if I could Paypal the money manually and choose Bank Transfer.

I got an e-mail back today saying that is the proper solution and that I should go ahead and send it to their e-mail, but when I went to check out today, the prices on everything were all raised and my total is $74 now. There was no advertised sale on yesterday or anything, and I'm using the same coupon code as before...so I'm kind of bummed. I almost don't even want to check out now.

Edit: I guess there was a sale on up until yesterday, but I'm still bummed because I've been trying to get them to tell me how to pay for days and they got back to me RIGHT after the sale was over. Just my luck. :/

Ms. Creant,

Don't you have to pay: [FONT=Arial, Helvetica][FONT=Arial, Helvetica][SIZE=-1]You may have to pay an additional import tax or duty to your own country upon arrival of package. Is this true for anything over $20. in USA. Just wondering as would not be great deal then? Has anyone ordered from them if not Ms. Creant?

I did get some Gold Ducat to try out!

Food flavouring should be exempt, coming into Canada. I've had well over $100 of flavouring declared and not paid a cent duty. I think it's because we just don't pay tax on them at all in Canada anyway.

Brokerage fees are a different story. If it's coming via private courier and isn't otherwise included in shipping, they usually charge a 20-ish dollar fee for filling out the forms that say you owe nothing.

European VATs are also a different issue. More often than not, you can't get a reimbursement on that if you bought online, and their laws say they are required to charge it for online sales, even international. Those should be paid at the cart, and sometimes you get lucky and find a store that doesn't add it to international customers. :)

They are just covering their butts with that statement but it is not the case if you select standard post (5.00 - $6.00). I don't know if they have a UPS option but if they do, then that would indeed be the case.

Capella flavoring most often get the highest reviews from the DIY folks. It is also verry forgiving to mistakes, and is easy to vape single flavors without having to mix several flavors. Right now capella's is offering 5- thirteen ml bottles of flavoring for 19.95. a great deal. I highly sugest vanilla custard and it is probably the #1 flavor for capellas vaping. The carmel gets great reviews as does the french toast and gram cracker. Just look up Capellaflavordrops.com. You can look up the capellas thread here on ECF too. Good luck.

encee_rz--- Below is what I ordered from Ecigexpress on Dec 23--210 ml of flavours for $63.54 shipped--you must of missed the USPS First-Class Mail International Parcel option(I just checked and it's there). I love Happy Vaper and if it was even close price wise to order from them I would in a flash. If you look at the order and wonder why no Capella--they were out of stock at the time--now fully stocked at $5.99 for 13ml bottle.

Silverkm --I've ordered six times from Ecigexpress--they always get their orders out same day(assuming you get order in by 2pm their time)--then it's up to USPS and CP--quickest was 3 business days--longest 8--usually about 5.I see you are in BC-- they are in Washington state close to the BC border so you should get orders faster--I'm clear across the country in Nova Scotia!
