Quick Lion battery question

On the 14450 batteries, I know 4.18 is fully charged, but what is considered low/dead and needing to be recharged? I noticed a sharp drop in flavor and a little drop in vapor around 3.78.

Might want to try asking this in the battery mods subforum.
I think you'd get a much quicker and more informed response there.

A Li-Ion cell is fully charged at 4.2v
Nominal voltage is 3.7v so it's pretty much discharged at 3.6v.
