You can use it right away but depending on how long it sat on the shelf beforehand, it might not give you the 2 day or so charge. Just don't be skeptical about the length of time you can vape with it at first. Use it till the light turns red and then charge it up. You'll be surprised on how long it lasts!

My wife brought me one home tonight from the vape store. (Yay me!) And while it wasn't fully charged, it came out of the unopened package charged to 4 volts and I vaped on it most of the evening.

My new toy with my Rocket kayfun and a silly long drip tip. Lovin' it.

Nice wrap or holder or....anyway..nice! :)

yeah, where did you get those? make em yourself? i'd like one for mine, i use some nice zombie green skateboard tape on it know, cut out into skulls, since it is a little slippery w/o anything to grip on.

inquiring minds want to know!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, the MVP 2 ships with a decent charge. As mentioned, just press the 'P' and 'U' buttons on the side (at the same time) and let go. It will show you your atomizer resistance (A) and then the voltage of the battery (V). Full charge is 4.2V and the vapor starts to fall at 3.6-3.8V for me. Anything above that and you should be good to go!

Consider me an inquiring mind because I really want to know where to get one of those wraps/holders too! I tend to have warm hands, and holding a warm battery makes it a bit slippery. Not to mention it's easier to replace a wrap than to clean a battery. You wouldn't believe all the gunk that builds up on your electronic devices that you hold all day. Seriously, have you ever taken your computer mouse apart? YUK!

I'm LOVING dripping with my mechanical, but I'm getting a MVP soon to grab on the go.

What tank did you get. Don't you get a choice of 2 mini's and a bigger one ? Does anyone know which is better ?

Mine came with an iClear 30. Not the S or B model, just a plain old iClear 30. It leaks and gurgles some, so it doesn't get used a lot.

If you are using yours for roading, I'd suggest an Aspire Nautilus with the stainless steel tank. Should be almost indestructable and will hold 5 ml of liquid.
