yes..all i am asking for is a simple..yes..that is how to wire an on off switch to keep the regulator off until fire switch is hit...or no..do it this way..
The master switch can break the circuit from
either side of the power source, disconnecting that power source terminal from everything that it would normally connect to.
Looking at the diagram that Desert Rat linked to, it's be best to put it between the push switch and the battery+, or between the battery- and the branches to the atty, pot, and chip (can tie all those to a pin on the master switch, the other pin to the battery.)
If I get the meaning of your diagram correctly, then it would work fine, but I'd prefer to put the master between the battery+ and push switch so that the push switch does not have potential on it with the master off.
