Hey all this is my first thread I am posting and I am happy to finally be apart of the ECF. So I currently am rocking a Smoktech Bolt with the extension for the 18650 battery, Smoktech 6ml DCT, and a 2ohm single coil Smoktech carto. This was a satisfying vape for a little while, but I just want more. I have spent extensive amounts of hours watching Phil Busardo, Grimm Green, and the Vape Team Live trying to figure out what I should do. I have narrowed it down to either kicking my bolt or moving up to a VV device. I have heard the bolt has problems with the kick and I also saw Grimm's follow up video and his kick completely stopped working. I dont want to shell out money for something that will break easily. So on that note which way do you guys think I should go. Kick the Bolt or get myself a brand new VV mod (suggestions will be very appreciated towards a mod that you think would be well worth the money). I am willing to shell out some money, as much as 200, if it will last and is good quality. Thank you very much for taking the time to read this and thank you even more if you take the time to reply. I hope you have a great day and happy vaping everyone

I am vaping a Kicked Bolt right now with an 18490 batt, and ViVi Nova - loving it...no problems! I also use my Kick with a Silver Bullet and 18650 batt - good too! I reach for these as much as my Provari!

I got a lavatube version 1 on sale for $44, but looks like they are sold out. I strongly suspect v2 is better.

I think a V-anything is what you need. If you liked Bolt I presume you like replaceable batteries, so I'd suggest
lavatube or some cousin thereof.

VV sometimes doesn't work at all for some people.
Some just love 3.7V and some love VV.
I suggest he try a VV before shelling out any money on them.

Worst case, he has a Bolt-like item that he can set to 3.6v. (Or 4.2v) -- both common "happy places" on non-adjustable devices.
