Quick question on Blank Cartomizer's

Does it mean when the cartomizer's are blank has no pre-punch holes ?

I believe that blank is referring to not being prefilled with liquid

Thanks for the replies. What should I look for on a on-line seller that sells no holes / pre-punch holes cause i wanna punch the holes myself. Is there a name or term for them.

Both are correct.
most people buy blank carto's and punch their own holes in them with a saddle valve that can be purchased at a hardware store

depends on what kind of tank you have. . some tanks use standard carto's and some use XL carto's
