I'd be interested to know how this turns out for you. Whether or not you can distinctly taste both flavors, even if, in total, the juice taste bad. Your question got me wondering if a flavor that has steeped and melded with it's base will still mix with a second already steeped flavor. Will they be more distinctive because they steeped separately?

I mixed a menthol flavored juice with a regular tobacco juice there were both pre-mixed. It did change the flavor to a new taste. I made a 50/50 mix with mine. It is good, nothing to write home about, but no complaints either.

Next time I will go whole hog with PG---VG---No flavor nic. --- no flavor menthol --- tobacco flavor and play with that keeping a bunch of notes as I add a drop at a time. First making a mix of 50 PG/ 50 VG and adding the Nic to the level I want then play around adding the Menthol and Tobacco flavor. I want a tobacco cigarette flavor with menthol.

That's what I do. Don't make my mistake of trying it on too many TB flavors at one time. Messed up my taste buds for a day.
