any thoughts on benefits of wide bore drip tips

Easier to drip in an rda.
There are some nice looking drip tips.
Some folks like the thickness opposed to the thinner tips.
It's just personal preference.

I pretty much agree with the above.

Depends on the tip too, some look wide bore until you look at the tiny hole at the bottom, the nautilus drip tip has better airflow than the Atlantis Ver. 1

More open draw, easier to drip juice down without removing top cap. That's enough benefit for me haha.

yup - pretty much nailed it - mostly is about personal preference - i find, in general, i prefer a wider bore drip tip
