I just started looking into the e-cig thing today. I'm definatly going to buy one but have a few questions before I do.

First, I would like a model that is the same size as a regular cig, came accross the "Smoking Everywhere E-Cig". It looks like a good product. Anyone tried it?

Second, I looked around in these forums for a while, I see people talking about "juice". From what I can tell people buy bulk "juice" and refill their own cartridges? Is this for any type of e-cig or just specific models?

When I started the ecig thing I was of the same mind. I need something that looks like a real cigarette, But that soon wore off. I would suggest spending some time looking through the forum, people here are VERY helpful, ask a bunch of questions.
I have a unit like the one you are referring to. and I hardly use it anymore
I use my DSE901/RN4075 everyday.

Thanks for the help. It looks like I may go with the M402 Model. Is there a good site where I can purchace one?

Also, I am a bit confused about the whole refilling the juice thing. It seems to me like people have come up with their own methods to refill carts, using needles and such... I don't get why you can buy the juice in bulk from the vendors if there is no built in way to refill the carts to begin with?

You'll find stock info and such in the Suppliers sections of the forum.

I'm not sure what analogy is in your head about this. :) If my car needs oil I have to go buy it "in bulk" and refill it myself. Same with Softsoap refills. Any number of things... most things! I know you're thinking of something, I'm just not getting it. ;)

Check the suppliers section of this forum for reputable companies (and discount codes!).

Refilling carts isn't rocket science, all you really need to do is drip the liquid into the cartridge filler until it's saturated. All the messing about with paperclips and needles is to make it easier to fill the cart from the bottom up without getting any air trapped, and isn't absolutely necessary. There's a video somewhere on the forum which shows you exactly how to refill a Pilot/M401/M402 (they all use the same atomiser).

Bulk juice supplies is simply down to the old retail/wholesale business model. Commit to buying enough and you can get bulk, but I advise trying a few different flavours before you commit to buying a gallon. You can also get unflavoured liquid and add flavourings yourself which is where a bulk purchase might make more sense.

Good luck!

Edit: misread a "can" for a "can't" re: bulk liquid. Oh well, I'll let my comment stand.

One thing you will find is that the 401/SE models are round. Personal vaporizers do not give like regular filters do. If you are the type that bits a tad into your filter, you may find that the hard mouthpiece is a bit tough to work with. I am one of those and chose a 901 for parts compatability as well as the "grip" (more of a flat tip per what I am used to with analogs). Others have different tastes.

I can appreciate wanting it to look like a 'real cig', but take a spin through the video reviews. You may change your mind. :)
