Step by step abstract of my other thread.
Since there's not much room in the tube, and my wire is too high resistance for the task, I tried the following:
Cut two pieces of resistance wire instead of one
Braid them together to make one fat wire. Its resistance is now half of what it is for single strand, and area is double.
Make your coil using that. Personally I can't fit more than 4 loops into the vivi nova.
Now my 4-loop coils are 1.9 ohm instead of 3.5 with single strand wire. Makes it kind of a ghetto dual coil
