Hey guys,

I was wondering if you have a moment you could take a quick survey about something my local B&M is doing.
They've decided to cancel a promotion for if you bring back your original bottle, you get 50% off the price Mon, Wed and Fri.
It was a long running promotion and was cancelled for no apparent reason according to a co-owner.

So I was wondering if you were a customer, what would you do.

3 Question Survey:

Thanks

+1 on supporting your local vape shop. $10 for 10ml is pretty normal around here. Products are marked up slightly; about the cost of buying online + shipping in most cases. Unfortunate that the business (perhaps) made a poor decision on a promotion that may have been costing them too much.

Remember you're paying a little extra for one-on-one people time (= a friendly, helpful face), stock, retail space + heating/cooling, knowledge, staff salary, and positive advocacy in your local community. Well worth the extra cost to me.

I still buy ocassionaly since I do DIY, but I like supporting them, but, the co-owner also knew it would cost them business. When you consider that a $10 bottle costs $.93 (thats at DIY costs), which I assume would probably be more like $.70 (bottle cost included) based on bulk buying, they are making bank on Juice. They also just opened up a 2nd store, so that says they are doing extremely well. The other vape store right across from them in the same plaza charges $8 for 10mL, and they use more expensive ingredients.

I should also mention there are no staff except the owner and his wife.

It's not just the juice, but their prices for other things are out of line to me. $2 each for a single RDA coil is one. $12 for a cheap chinese car charger ($8 next door at Big Lots). Of course I'm not going to bring in Internet prices, that would be unfair.

But thank you for taking the survey guys, I do very much appreciate it.
