Ha. That does sound pretty cool....LOL. Just hang in there and before you know it a year will have flown by. I quit two years ago....it'll get easier and easier and easier as you go. Make sure you're vaping a high enough nicotine level to curb the cravings. If today was not easy, maybe you should increase your nicotine a little.

Good luck and in a year from today, we'll be celebrating your one year anniversary of being cigarette free!

It's now my 2nd day not smoking. Been vaping a 24mg liquid but is being even harder than yesterday.
Lots of sweat and bad temper
For their sake, I hope that tomorrow at work my colleagues will be nice to me :?:
What kind of device are you using?
How many packs of cigarettes did you smoke per day?

Unless you smoked over 2 packs, 24mg should be strong enough that you shouldn't be having too much trouble.

Another alternative is that you are using an inferior device which is not doing a good job of delivering the nicotine.

Are you getting a lot of vapor, like you see on YouTube reviews?
Or are you just getting little wisps of vapor?

I'm using a eGo with the Vision eGo clearomizar at home and a SD keyring with Boge cartos when I'm away from home.

I thing I'm getting good vapor but I'm trying to avoid vaping too much and getting a headache caused by a nicotine overdose... Am I being to cautious?

If you haven't gotten a headache yet then yes.
:)

You may be overestimating how much nicotine vaping provides.
You can add and subtract all the numbers you want, but we don't know the absorption rate for vaping yet.

So in the meantime, get enough nicotine so that you aren't struggling...
And if you get too much, your body will let you know, and then you will know.

My wife started vaping today and was getting crazy headaches. Could be a reaction to the PG or ... as I watched her vape, could be because she was treating it like an analog - taking huge forceful drags. I learned right out of the gate fortunately, that getting your nic doesn't mean huge hard drags.

I don't know how the egos work (new to it all), but you might be hitting it too soft. Hang in there. Vaping is not smoking. It is a different beast altogether. A good one though.

Since you mentioned that you are using two different devices, are you getting more of a nic fit with one or the other?

Don't be tooooo cautious. If you start getting a headache, THEN back off. But here at the beginning, you need to make sure your body is getting as much nicotine as it needs to not crave cigarettes. At first, I vaped ALL day long. You can cut back later but for now, vape, vape, vape. That's my advice. If you get a headache, you could cut back the nicotine (to 18 mg) and still vape all day long. At this point, it's about tricking your body and your mind into believing that it's getting what it wants. And....it's not just about the nicotine, either. The habit of smoking is as strong as the craving of nicotine. Let your hands and mouth have fun. You can worry about cutting back and backing off when you're a little more in control of the habit that has been controlling you. Good luck.

5 days without smoking.... I'm close to break my record, and I'm still alive...

At home I'm using a ego battery with the stardust and don't even thing about cigarettes. But at work is a different story. I use a SD Keyring with Boge cartos and I feel I need something else. I'm not a big fan of cartos...

I'm thinking about getting something more powerful to take to work, but I really need it to be small. I think my ego is to big to carry in my pants pockets...
I was thinking about the Super-T P+18350. Is expensive but beautiful.

So, i need a "mini mod" and, as long as it keep me from smoking, I don't mind paying as much as 150€.
Keeping in mind that size is very important to me, what do you think I should buy?
