quit smoking banner text only

Hi! I'd like to put a quit smoking counter in my sig, but some of my fave websites allow text only. Is there a text-only version anywhere?

Hi John, and welcome. First, I think you need to have at least 15 posts before you can create a banner in this forum. I don't know the websites you are talking about. When I did my banner, I found one in someone's post that I liked, and clicked on it. That took me to a page where I could create one just like it for myself.
