Where do I post my "quit smoking count" banner on my profile?

Use the link on reply (globe with link) insert the http// and it posts with your message this link takes you to the page and you fill it in...

3 days and 9 hours since my last cigarette. $8.44 saved and 34 cigarettes avoided!

You need 15 posts to have a signature. So, just put in a couple of more posts and follow nocigs4me's instructions and you'll be good to go. You can also choose any banner that you like by clicking on someone else's signature (there's quite a few to choose from).

Edit: When you get the banner info, just go to your settings page and copy and paste the banner into your signature.
