Stopping
vaping was much easier than I thought. I've always mixed my own juice, so I just dropped the nic level by one milligram every time I made a 500ml batch. I didn't notice any difference in throat hit that way. Once at zero nic, there was surprisingly still a throat hit if you take a nice big pull, so that was perfectly satisfying too. My wife got sick around the new year with the flu and stopped vaping temporarily to deal with the illness. After a week of not vaping, she said " we may as well quit now". I've been vape free since 1/3/24.

13 great years of meeting awesome people and following the innovation of the ecig. I had the elusive (and recalled) Eclipse EQ mod from Digital Ciggz, so many Provaris, VV squonkers (Monkeyboxx, Ali'i) Started on a Bloog 808 pen style battery with refillable cartos.
Alien Visions Flue Cured, Bobas Bounty and Gorilla Juice were the only juices I bought outside of my DIY.
Great memories. Less phlegm each morning though.
