Hi everyone :)

I'm ashamed to admit this, but I fell off the vape wagon about a year and a half ago.. so I'm going to try to quit smoking again. I was analog-free for about 10 months in 2012. I really hope I can do it for good this time :/

And wow, I didn't realize how fast the ecig world could change..soooo many new products and mods.

Anyhow, I bought a MVP 2 with some aspire glassomizers and can't wait till the goodies hit the mailbox!

Although I started vaping only a few months ago and have completely stop my analog. I have tried convincing a few of my buddies to do the same. Some quit analog while others reverted back. From what I observed, the first step is very important, ie choosing the right flavor and nic content. I have success helping a friend who is a chain M7 smoker and likes his coffee sweet so I introduce him to 12 mg M7 menthol and spiced his juice with extra drops of sweetener. He loves it, now he is off his analog. That said, for myself I went down that same road in the beginning, fortunately I persisted and found my flavor and nic. I hope vapers who long for that analog would find their flavor and nic.

to ecf and congrats on trying vaping again. You have a good start with the mvp2. I think there has probably been a lot of improvements in vaping since you tried last time. I wish you well, but don't beat yourself up. I did both and kept lowering my cigarettes. It just got to the point where I preferred vaping. Look forward to reading about your vaping success soon. Good luck to ya. :) I think you will really be pleased with your mvp2.

Hi Tzina,

Welcome to ECF and Good luck with making a permanent switch this time around....It's always tough, just remember any you don't smoke is still a victory.

I think having fun with it, searching out new flavors, and making a hobby of vaping can really make a difference. And ECF can only help with all of those. Just hang onto your wallet.

:)

Welcome to EFC

2 1/2 years ago (November 2012) I bought an eGo T clone and, although it worked just like the real thing, that never got me off the analogs. I still used it for long car rides and to cut down on analogs in the evening, but I felt I would have to try every juice out there to find the right one.

A little over 2 weeks ago I discovered the Aspire DBC tanks, which worked great on my old eGo batteries. I cut down by 2/3 on analogs the very next day. I went back to get the whole eGo V3 system to have VV on top of it. THAT got me off the analogs. I'm now using a Provari with Aspire tanks and feel zero temptation to go back.

If you're like me, any good modern tank system on top of that should keep you off the stink sticks.
