Just like the title says, I have a QZI Next mod and its not firing despite brand new VTC4s. I got the batteries in on Monday and they have been working fine all week on this mod till yesterday night. They will barely fire if at all. I have checked the dripper on a regulated box and it fires perfectly fine so Im assuming it has to be my mod. Ive tinkered with all the different "connection" spots and literally tore the whole thing down to its individual pieces and put it back together and its still barely firing about half the time and the rest nothing at all. looking at the connection points it almost looks like the "brass connections" are actually brass coated and the coating is coming off in some places, maybe like 10% of the surface area is missing brass and has silver color shining through. Could this be the reason for the poor performance? Any help is much appreciated.
