A VERY special THANK YOU to Ryan and his dad for their exceptional service and attention. After ordering my custom Ali, I e-mailed Ryan to see if I could change my order. I wanted something unique and multi colored. Ryan told me that my order was already finished but that I could still change my order if I didn't mind waiting a bit longer for it. Not only did he accommodate my request, I didn't have to wait... His dad made it happen. It came out better than I could have imagined!
