definitely have to agree, randall is willing to go the extra mile! no problem with ordering different colors for the 5-packs of attys and batteries, just let him know and you get exactly what you want. i had to call him yesterday since the one and only manual battery i ordered had a stuck switch and burned itself out. he was as pleasant as can be: just send it back, sometimes it happens, no big thing i'll replace it. and i'm confident that is the way it'll be.
