I don't have the Spinner so take what I say with a grain of
salt. I have the Twist and Winder. I have read that the Winder and the Spinner are pretty much the same thing. With the Winder, when you first connect the batty to the charger, the button light blinks a few time to indicate that it has made contact with the charging pin. Then it goes off for a sec. and then comes back on and stay on until it is fully charged, then it's will be off. Then, when you disconnect it from the charger (or unplug the charger from the outlet with the batty still on), the button light will blinks a few times again to indicate that it's not connected to the charging pin any more (or to indicate the charger is unplugged).
As to the light on the charger, if it is a Joye version, while it is charging, it should be red but is interrupted by a green flash every few seconds. When it is fully charged it stays green.
Watching your video, it seems to me that the batty is not making a consistent contact with the charging pin in the charger and so the white button light keeps going on and off. But then again, I don't have the Spinner, so I may be wrong about that.
