How did I not catch a Rawr thread before it got to 2 pages? I hope I didn't lose fangirl status.

I went through a Green Peach Tea phase, it was my must-have. My new must-have is Boardwalk Breeze. OMG it is fabulous! It's a sweet lemon-lime (like a sprite) with almost a cotton candy hint. Razmataz is the current runner up. I get everything with the Is There level of menthol.

My only problem is that I detest banana vapes, which means it's hard to try some of the blends because it doesn't specify. I would love a list of the 'no banana' juices. The samples he sends are great, because then I know for sure before I order. That's how I got turned on to quite a few new flavors.

We really need our own group, the Raging Rawr-aholics or something, so we can just exchange flavor profiles and stuff.

Agreed! I'm overly nuts about Rawr, have about 20+ juices from them, have yet to come across one I don't like. I haven't vaped anything else in about 3 months, with the exception of this last week where I got a sample pack from HHV. My main all day vapes have still been my Rawr juices though...yet to get sick of them.

If you are interested in trying some of the other blends but don't want bananas, I'm sure you can email Mike and ask if certain ones have banana in them, or maybe he can tell you which ones to avoid. I'm excited to try Boardwalk Breeze....because I really like Boardwalk Brew and I think they are supposed to be fairly similar.

They are similar, the difference I think is that the Brew is more of a mixed fruit salad and the Breeze is more of a citrus mix. But not a tart mix.

I read good reviews on Truth Serum. Pear; Coconut & cream is a combination I like, so I ordered 30ml.

For me, the dominant flavor is that nasty synthetic/chemical coconut followed by cream and is there any pear?
It was like vaping a barbie doll leg. I even let it steep for weeks and still nasty. I tried adding more pear flavoring, but that nasty coconut is just to overpowering.

If this one doesn't develop in a month or so, it's trash can bound.

Nothing ventured, nothing gained

I personally like Peach Serum, Strawberry Serum, and Serenity (which is the raspberry version) better than Truth Serum...for some reason i think the flavors all come out more in the other three than in Truth Serum. (definitely after some steeping...these are definitely juices that change over time, much more so than the other Rawr juices, IMO anyway)

wow, I just loaded up a carto and tank, and took my first taste of Poison. It is really, really good. Before this I had really enjoyed Vermillion Rivers premium cherry wood and their classic blend, both real good, the cherry wood being a sweeter one. I believe the cherry wood is basically their Kentucky premium blend which is like a very smooth , not so sweet RYU. That's why I got their classic blend which is not sweet at all. THe premium blend is good, but dry. I really like the RawR Poison. It is a really smooth, non nutty, non-caramel tobacco. So far the most true clean tobacco I've tried. It will be great by itself but it being so neutral it will be good to add touches of other flavors. So there is my 2 bits on Rawr, well worth the days I let it sit and steep. I got the 50/50 blend at 12 nic.

So far I'm not really to impressed with Rawr at all. I got 2 30ml bottles and it seems like they are going to need to steep forever before being even slightly vapable. I got Green peach tea and Peach Serum . gpt tastes like green tea and fermented dog anus , and Peach Serum is like a bad medicine gone even worse. I hate juice that takes weeks to steep. At this point I don't understand why people make such a big deal about " We don't mass produce our juices" Who gives a f#ck do it so I don't have to waite 2 weeks to enjoy something when I buy it. Oh well to the steep bin it goes.

Wow,to each his own I suppose. I think those 2 juices are awesome, granted the GPT does tend to take a few days to fully develop, however Peach Serum is great for me right out of the mail. I admit I didn't like the GPT the first few days but after that it become AMAZING. Don't take this the wrong way,but you are just the 2nd person I've ever heard say they don't like Rawr juice. I have tried about 15 or so and must admit there is one I didn't like (Cinnamon Strapple) but 1 out of 15 ain't bad:)

Just goes to show how subjective taste really is I guess. I'm with you, I've ordered 20-30 Rawr juices...don't have any I dislike. SOme I vape less than others. Truth Serum is one thats moved further down my list after trying so many of the others, but I absolutely love Peach Serum...its one of my all day vapes actually.

Casino: Peach Serum changes A LOT even in the first week. Thats one of my favorite juices, but i can't vape it right out of the mail. (thats how it is with most of the Serums IMO, more so than the other Rawr juices)> Good luck...hopefully they turn around for you.

I just checked the 2011 ECF juice of the year contest. RawR was ranked 52nd and only had 1 vote and now I see why.
If you like their stuff, go for it. I however have been their and moved on.

See I don't get that. Nothing but glowing reviews for Rawr all over the net, with just one or 2 negative customers I've ever seen. Just goes to show, like Daniele25 mentioned above, taste is truly subjective. I'm not a newbie either,I consider Copper Creek,Backwoods Brew,Alien Visions,Nite Lite Vapor, etc great vendors but Rawr's juices seem to impress me the most, some of the cleanest tasting juices I've yet to try. Can I ask what your favorite vendors are?

I've really been liking RAWRs flavors. Especially Antidote, the smoothest fruitiness.
Delaware Vapor however, has taken the top spot in my rotation.Their flavors are intense and very well designed IMO. The Peachberry and Kryptonite are my go-to right now, Sooo good. ...
Then there's "SV101" from SmartVapes, ... who knew I'd love hazelnut/coconut so much...

Obviously, taste is subjective... but give Delaware Vapors a shot.

My first order was for 5 juices, Truth Serum, Antidote, Hawaiin Mai, Black Cherry Oh Yeah and Banana Cream Pie.

Truth Serum tasted like Coconut, cream, something else, . Hawaiian Wai tasted like Coconut, cream, something else a little different from truth serum. Black Cherry Oh Yeah was good out of the bottle, and better a week or two after. Though not my favorite cherry flavor so far, it's very vapable and enjoyable. Antidote was good right away, but I kept wanting more lemonade and a little less blueberry, still do. Banana creme pie was OK for an occasional sweet vape. So I set them aside for about a month or so.

Truth Serum and Hawaiian Wai turned from yellow to a distinct orange color in that time. Now, I'm really liking truth serum, in fact, I've been vaping it all day today. The coconut and cream now taste like coco lopez cream of coconut, and I can get a distinct pear taste (though I wish it was a bit more prominent).

I will be trying the Wai again tonight or tomorrow, and I'm hoping for the same results as with the truth serum.

skelly it took about a month for the Truth serum to get to the point that it tasted good to me. I can taste the pear now, not really any coconut?? I also ordered Peach Serum and Strawberry serum and wasn't crazy about either one so yep, taste is, as we know very individual. I did have an issue with my order and I will say Mike fixed it and went above and beyond what I expected so the customer service was definitely outstanding.

JeffGlenellen, I use to not post if I didn't like a vendors juice.
I would see where someone would post something negative about a juice and many would jump in and defend the e-liquid as if they were personally attacked.
I have seen threads get ugly as many probably have.
I never understood why some can not accept that something that one person likes might be something that somebody else hates.

I spend anywhere from $150-$350/wk on joose, but went way overboard this week.
I myself enjoy reading both sides of everyones e-liquid experience as it may help me decide if I wish to give that vendor a try.

Since you asked, some of the joose I enjoy atm are:

"Dripeez" - Watermelon
"Flavorz by Joe" - Heaven's Nectar & Papa Smurf
"Altcig" - Pear
"Vape~A~Licious" - Razzel Dazzle Berry; Strawberry Lem~A~Laid & Pear-berry Compote.
Just to name a few.....I'm in fruit mode :) , but I have flavors coming in every week from different vendors.
I keep what I like and yes, I trash the rest. It's my juice, so I can donate it to the trashman if I want.:laugh:

angel755, all I taste is nasty chemical coconut and my friends say that's all they smell also. (non-vapers).
It's been a month and still no pear, however the cream is starting to show slightly.
For me, Joe's Heavens Nectar is a good Pear/coconut/cream. Give it a try sometime and let me know what you think :toast:
