It's a voltage checker that you screw into the 510 connection on your mech and then press the button and it shows you how many volts are left in your battery. The little black box is what you screw your atty onto to check the ohms of your build.
Yup if you want to bypass all the endless things to waste your money on go streight to the top get a bottom feeder, Google or youtube it. If not the fogger v4 is in the opinions of most people that have them the hardest thickest vapor production atty and the taste is just as good if not better than a kayfun, it has a glass tank and it's cheap. It also preforms just as good on a mechanical and vv device or at any range of resistance.

I have no experience with bottom feeders, but to my knowledge it's when you have a bottle of juice in your mod you can squeeze to move liquid through a tube straight into your atty (AKA "squonk") so you can use a dripper with an entire bottle as your "tank". As far as I know, these are pretty much any drippers that have been modified by the user to accomplish this... So require either buying modded attys or modifying yourself, as well as having a mod that's designed for it.
Buuut... I do have experience with the fogger v4. Mine came in 2 days ago... Tried a few different builds and found my sweet spot yesterday. I would say the quality will do nothing but improve from here but... Sub-ohming with no dry hits chain vaping with the AFC wide open, amazing flavor and great vapor production, honestly I'm not sure how it could. Oh, and the authentic costs a whopping $30.
