Now I have been using cartotanks exclusively for awhile now. I just recently got an AGA-t after reading a lot about them on the forums. I dont know if it is just me, but I am having a hard time getting them to work correctly. I have watched a lot of videos and they seem to do it flawlessly. Maybe I just need to practice a bit more. But since I haven't set it up correctly and fully ejnoy a proper vape from the AGA, are rba's that much better than cartotanks? Like what is the major advantage of the RBA's, better taste? More vapor?

Also, do I leave the fill screw out, once I am done filling with juice, or do I screw it back in? I would think that I should screw it back in to prevent the juice leaking out.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Grandmaster, look up a member named ehuman. And read his blog, he goes over step by step. I have used vivi's for ever now and I loved them. So easy to use and fill. Today I got my aga t2 I followed his instruction and within 2 hours I had a good coil and I'm vaping it as we speak. I LOVE IT!! Taste better then any carto tank or vivi I have used. Now that's just my opinion and ymmv.

Also there's a video by vapin Dave I think his name is.. Very awesome vid basically a vid of ehumans method. You'll love Ur RBA if your willing to put a lil work in. Of course there not for everyone. But I think you'll enjoy so give it shot and don't give up.

I read eHumans blog, it was very informative. I will try it step by step when I get home. I'm exited because I just got my EA mod and I want to try it with the AGA. I was going to pull the trigger and buy a cobra or ZAP but I figure if I can't get this RBA to work, why would I spend more money on another thing I can't make work. I'll keep at it.

Apples and Oranges. One is a low fuss use then toss setup, one is a high initial cost low long term alternative that you can construct to your own personal tastes. I like the zero leak function of a Carto tank on the go but would definitely want to use an RBA around the house as I love building things and messing with my setups.

Sometimes the newest things get so much hype you start to think yesterday's stuff is junk, it still works just fine. Do I ever see my wife using an RBA, no way she can barely handle the basics as she has no desire to learn so she is carto tank for life.

I'm new to using rebuildable's. I had been using ViVi Nova tanks and pyrex carto tanks with stainless caps. I fell in love with the Carto tanks when I first got them. It was an easy vape, punch a carto use the tank tool to put in the tank, fill the tank and then push the carto back up and you are ready to roll for the rest of the day. I didn't think it could get much better than that at that point in my vaping journey. However, after having purchased a Terminator-C rebuildable I can't believe what I was missing out on the whole time. I thought that the carto tanks hit really well with good flavor. But using a rebuildable atty will enhance the flavor as well as the throat hit. It blew my socks off after I got the Terminator atty working and took the first hit from it. There really is a stark difference between the carto's and the rebuildable atty's. So don't give up on your Aga-T, as I think you will be pleasantly surprised after you get it working properly. The Aga-T will probably be next on my list of purchases. Good luck.

I've been using cartotanks pretty much exclusively for several months, and gotten pretty good at it. I can set up a new tank setup in less than 5 minutes, ready to vape. One minute to refill. Not bragging, I've just got my methodology down to an art and science.

I recently got an AGA T+ with the pyrex tanks myself. I'm not particularly a gadget guy, I like things to work right out of the box. I was honestly intimidated to try one of these Genesis tanks, but mine is up and running after just a few hours real time work with it. I'm getting incredible vapor and a smooth vape, just not sold on the flavor end yet. But I'm still learning and I can definitely see the potential of these RBA's.

My advice is to read the thread http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...nyone-tried-aga-tiamat-plus-w-glass-tank.html (it's nearly 100 pages long now) and watch Zen's demo of the Z Atty Pro Z-ATTY-PRO Rebuildable Atomizers For ProVari - YouTube and have patience and determination.
