RCR123A Dead?

Ok this is wierd, got my chuck yesterday. I vaped lightly on two 900mah RCR123A 3.0Vs for about 8 hrs. I took them out and put them on the charger, while taking a new set and vaped on those heavy for about 4 hours. Each time the batteries were on the charger for about 3 hrs or untill they turned green. I repeated this cycle and now tonight I have one of those 4 that is not working at all. With swaping them 2 at a time, how did just one of them stop working? They are all brand new Tenergy 900mAh RCR123A 3.0V

protection circuit inn the Tenergys. Take out and put bottom batt on top and top on bottom....or set back on charger for a minute then will work again..is quite annoying, huh? Does it on all my HV mods, not just the Chuck
