It's an approximation. I have a single coil in my Lemo 2, 7 wraps on a 3mm screwdriver, 22ga kA1. It ohm's out to .52

Not too bad. A lil off-center. Try going from the negative post to the pos post on the far side next time. It will help center the coil in front of the air flow. Leave your coil mandrel in the coil until you tighten the screws so you don't deform it while you are positioning it.
Just curious, if you are using a regulated mod why are you using such thick wire?
Good answer. For a beginner I'd suggest 26 gauge. Easier to stay in the mods happy range.
Learn about parellel builds, double and triple. You can make coils that heat up fast and cover lots of surface area.
.0X ohms is just an approximation made by the meter on most mods.... looks good tho 
if the mod goes down to 0.25 ohms, i'd aim for 0.3 ohms on the build just to make sure it will work.
