Moved to New Members from Ask the Veterans as you need help now, not in several days as ATV is designed.

ATTENTION! New Members should ask their questions in the New Member's forum
You can ask a question here and have it answered by experienced ECF members - the Vets are long-term members.
Please read the announcements within the forum.
Note that it may be two days or so before your post is answered, so this is not the place for time-critical queries.

A few things that could help us help you...

What rda are you using and did you check if your coil(s) was properly secured, or even.. burnt out?

What mod are you using your RDA on? Just because you put in a new battery doesn't mean it (the battery) had anything to do with the problem. Is it a Mech mod or a regulated mod?

It is just a guessing game if we don't have vital information like brand and make of the mod, RDA, and batteries.

Did you do anything to the mod or RDA recently before the problem started, like change coils, take the RDA apart to clean it. Anything else which could be useful information that could help diagnose the problem could make it much faster for us to help you.

Can you guys help me out. My rda was working just fine until I decided to refil it.
When I refilled my rda it stopped working completely. I know it’s not the battery because I bought a new one today and it was working perfect but I don’t know what happened. I really need this fixed. Please help mee
Welcome and glad you joined.
I assume you tried another atty to confirm it is your RDA is causing the problem.
First:
^Try this first and let me know the results, with an RDA, there are only a few electrical mechanical reasons that these fail.
With a small cloth, wipe with rubbing alcohol, the 510 RDA post area and your 510 mod female pin/thread area's clean. Reassemble the RDA, then make sure all RDA coil posts are firmly attached to the RDA (try wiggling them with your finger), Then, gently, make sure the coil grub screws are tight. Turn on mod and test RDA.
Second:
Simply unscrew your RDA positive 510 pin a quarter to a half turn counter clockwise to loosen. Try vaping, and it this does not work, then make or buy a new RDA center pin head insulated washer. Your "under the pin" head insulated washer is probably crushed (shortening out) and needs replacement.
I have found that mods differ in electrical sensitivity with regards to the amount of insulation between the center pin and mod +/- separation.
If you are handy. could make or buy a new center pin head insulated washer. Your "under the pin" head insulated washer is probably crushed (shortening out) and needs replacement.
Something (may have to modify) along the lines of the W850:
Nylon Special Flat Washers [Nylon Special Flat Washers] : E&T Fasteners, Industrial Fasteners and Components
For making my insulating washers,I have a hand operated leather spoked wheel multiple hole punch that works nicely on thin non conductive plastic sheeting.
Or
you could take the RDA to a vape shop and ask them to install one thin insulation washer under the 510 screw head and one under the inside middle positive pin post (these two additions will also stop shorting).
