I have been using my kayfun clone with an MVP and I really like it. But I am looking to step up to a rda for around the house. My question is will the 11w limit on the MVP work with a dripper or will it be to limiting. I don't really want to go to a mod yet as I am still fairly new and enjoy the ease of use with a regulated device. I would like to increase my vapor production and flavor with a dropper but not necessarily be chasing clouds. Would a 30w device work for what I am after or would my MVP be sufficient? Will it be much of a step u
p from my current set up? Any advice any body can give is very appreciated.

If you are into building multiple coils with 28 gauge or lower gauge wire then you will need more power . I have two 30 watt devices and two MVP's and i recently bought a Magma RDA .

Shockingly, i like the way my MVP works with all my toppers , including the Kayfun and Magma , some think it may be underpowered but to me it's fine. I expected big changes with more wattage but i found out it wasn't what i needed and the MVP is still my #1 device with everything.

It all depends on your build , what wire gauge your using and your wicking , if you got those down pat the MVP is a stellar performer.

Some say you can vape an MVP down to 0.8ohms, but it's really hard on the battery. I just configured one of my KF minis (1.8ohm coil) as a dripper. I also have turned my MVPs up to about 9.5-10W. Had been primarily 7.5-8.5 (mostly to save battery life). I'm REALLY liking the higher power, even on my "wimpy" EVOD tanks (1.8-2.0ohm coils)..... So, I'm getting some new enjoyment from some stand-by stuff.

Haven't decided if I'm going to take the sub-ohm plunge, but if I do, it won't be on the MVP - just can't handle it.

Thanks for the help. It sounds like it would be ok but not the improvement I am looking for. So I guess my next question is will a bigger regulated device be enough 30w 50 w? or do I need to go mech. I understand safety first and am willing to learn whatever is needed to use a mech safely. I just like the ease of use, set it and don't worry about it until i need to charge again with the regulated devices. But I am not against going mech.
