Check the screws on all three posts. Make sure they are snug, but not too tight. Too tight, and you run the risk of cutting the wires off.
If you did tighten it really hard earlier, make sure you didn't clilp the wires in the posts. It might still fire occasionally because the wick is holding it in place.
If this doesn't fix it, check the positive pin on the underside of your atty. Is it loose? Does it spin? You might have mores issues if this is the case.
If this doesn't fix it, is your manhattan set up properly? Did you use the right sized spacing pins top and bottom? Are your threads clean? Are your contacts clean?
If none of this helps, charge your battery.

I can't think of much else. I have a Tobh on a 4nine clone, and this thing is a nightmare to maintain. And yes, I am still all manners of insane for running this set up at 0.14 ohms.
