So I bought a vamo v5 a few months back and I've been using the Kanger Aerotank and it worked well but it just didn't give me enough vapor. I want to make clouds but I don't really want to buy a new mod. Is there any way that I can put an rda on my Vamo V5? I'm aware that it's a 510 threading but I don't know what kind of power it needs to be putting out in order to work properly. What are some good RDAs for the Vamo V5?

Its not the rda that matters so much as the coil.

here's my vamo5s at 15 watts running a 30gauge 2.9 ohm single coil

the rda happens to be a 30mm veritas; I usually run it at 9 watts the last few weeks.

with what?

I've been vaping rda's on vamo's since Nov 2014.

===edit===

Oh, the biggest issue with mods like the vamo and zmax is the usual 510 center pin issue just like on regular ego batteries; you have to be carefull not to overtighten your tank/topper.
On a regular ego battery what you do is use a beauty ring, and if you use a protank type topper you leave the base on semipermanently.

Similarly with the vamo for example, you screw on your topper and that collar at the top of the vamo, you unscrew that upwards to lock onto the topper; again you leave the base on semipermanently so you don't keep interfereing with the 510 thread connections.

My vamo3 I had to change the centerpin insulator after 3 months, then again after another 3 months; guess I put in a better one the last time because it's been running a full year unchanged; or maybe its just that I've been taking better care of it; for a replacement centerpin insulator I used one of those grommets that are on the end of a protank coil.

Please refer to this power chart:

(Edit: Nevermind. Upload is forced into a lossy format, so it will always suck. Also, because I'm still new, I'm not allowed to share the link to it yet either. Sorry gang, you'll just have to wait or google your way to it yourself.)
