'Re-Filling" Blu cartidges? How? With what?

You buy the juice separately from a number of vendors here and online...google e-juice or liquid or better yet ask around for good juice vendors here.
Theres a silicone plug or cap on the end of the cartridge that you remove and fill with drops of liquid.
You can also buy atomizers and cartridges that will fit Blu at many of the vendors

Hi kingk, my Dad has one of these kits and they are pretty much the same as other cartos...drip about 15 to 20 drops of e liquid in, careful not to get any in the center hole, and stop dripping when it starts to pool at the top. Pop the cap back on (I would suggest ordering some silicone end caps..much easier to take off and put on) and then let it sit for a few minutes to absorb. If you have any liquid coming out of the bottom put a tissue underneath and blow into the top hole to expel any liquid. Wipe off the bottom and you should be good to go! 
Have to be honest, it's been awhile since I used one of those. The "buy now" button seemed to be stuck on my computer for a few months and now I've got all kinds of other paraphernalia. If I remember right, there was a filler material under the cap. Just drop it on that until its moist but not dripping. IMHO, there aren't too many things more unpleasant than a mouthful of nic juice.well, maybe there are

The propylene glycol juices will saturate into the wick faster. I use to refill my Blu cartridges as well. It's a PITA and messy. I tried other cartomizers on mine before I gave up on the Blus, I think they were Boge. Much better and easier to refill, those Blu cartridges aren't made to make refilling easy.

I used to have a Blu & refilled the cartomizers with Johnson Creek Red Oak Tennessee Cured @ 24 mg nicotine strength. Johnson Creek is the maker for Blu juices tho Tennessee Cured is not an exact match to the Blu flavor, it is close.
The Blu cartomizers that I had back then were made with a mouth tip that I pried off. Then there was an additional flat white piece that I had to remove under that. Then I could see the filler material. That is what you drip the juice on...avoiding the straw-looking hole in the center.
I'm assuming they are the same that they were a year ago.

Funny thing is, if I remember right, blu's thing was that they didn't use pg at all, but a combination of other ingredients, in this orderistilled Water, Nicotine, Natural & Artificial Flavors, USP Glycerin, Citric Acid. Just found that on their site
Not really sure if its because of the (unfounded) antifreeze connection, or because theyre sensitive to allergies or if its just that vg produces an a$$ton of vapor. I like to think its the latter 2. A vg base, I would think, would burn out the carto faster. See post 11. But if the element is surrounded by the juice, maybe that's not such an issue. Idk.
Me, I go right down the middle, 50/50 pg/vg. Gives me a mild throat hit and a gratifying amount of vapor that I can hide behind

You're gonna hear a lot of folks say"I can't believe you use a blu". It's whatever works for the individual. I've got a friend that i gave all my old blu stuff and he's still chugging along, half vaping and half smoking-whatever works and reduces harm. I would however suggest getting blank 501? 306? Cartos that u fill yourself, just for the economy of it

Google the condom method for refilling cartomizers. hands down it is the easiest method and yields the best results.

A little off topic, but Blu used to use atomizers, I recently found a few in a junk drawer, and they are just awesome for dripping. One of them has gone through about 30ml of juice and is still going strong.
