Re-wrapped Panasonic 18650s ???

Recently purchased four CGR18650CH from a popular Hong Kong supplier. I can see some type of printing thru the gray wrapper, it looks like Q codes. First time using Panasonic batteries, is this normal, don't have any to compare it to?

I'm aware this battery has been discontinued, but also aware battery rewrapping of inferior batteries is unfortunately common in the supply chain.

I've got a pair of Panasonics, probably from the same supplier, and I can see the same on mine.
They have been performing flawlessly though.

I don't know if I should be seeing the q code or not. I haven't really thought about it.
This is my first pair of them.

I see from the pic above, mine look exactly like the one on the left.

Looking at the picture (thanks Krak), mine are just like the one on the left. And in the pic, just to the left of the warning verbage, is the same type of see-thru printing mine has. I assumed it may be a q code, maybe not. But looks like its normal.
