Real world battery question.

So ive read a lot of posts about batteries and i understand the theoretical evidence.
What i havent heard is a lot of imperical evidence. Do you have any real world stories about people running sub ohm coils on an efest and having it blow up on them? In my rc experience, using inferioir batteries slow u down because theyre not able to put out the amps of a better battery. none the less they still work...and they never blow up. And were talking 20 min+ of continuos maximimum amps being pulled from these cells at a hell of a lot more amps then what were asking for as vapors. I know a lot of u guys like to get mad when people Contradict your electrical engineering degrees. But were talking flashlight tech here. not rocket science. Not even rc car science. So i want to know of any actual stories of these blow ups. My guess, and I could be wrong, is that there are very few of these blow ups, or wed be hearing about law suits left and right. Even though i agree it would be the vapors fault, it would it in no way stop a lawyer from going after either the battery maker or the mod maker. Your thoughts.
