No it's not my business and they run theirs how they see fit I get that what I don't get and what I said in the beginning of this is strictly the timing of the week off right on the weekend a lot of people save their money for! It's just too big of a spending holiday to fully close down IMO if you don't share the way I think that's fine but attacking the fact that I am recently trying to get off cigs is low and I believe not what this community should be doing to its new members!!!!

LMAO. The whole point of running a web site is that you don't have to "be" anywhere. Shutting down the shopping cart or the entire site is idiotic. Let people place orders on your website and just ship them when you ship them. Most humans are smart enough to realize they're ordering on a holiday week(end) and that their shipment will be delayed. Let the people shop and make some money.

There are indeed more of us who think that way. That's why I started this thread. Like I said...I respect them not taking orders. They are missing out on the one of the biggest money making times of the year. But that's on them. I'll spend my money else where. No biggy. Mom and pop business or not, guess you don't need the money that bad if your passing up holiday shoppers with money in hand. And noob or not what's it got to do with just wanting to look at a companies products. What I don't get is why they shut their site down entirely..... that I can't even look. Lets say I really like what I see, it's exactly what I've been looking for...I'll wait untill you are taking orders. Geeez, I just wanna look while I eat my turkey....lol! Glad to know I'm not the only one who thinks so!
This is funny, in some threads folks are .....ing' about how corporate America is making the little guys work on holidays for minimum to low pay (think Wal-Mart) starting the Black Friday Sales on Thursday Night. Then we see a shinning example where folks consider their families first and what do we get????? This.I'm thinking they are feeling confident with a good product and we'll all go back, during regular business hours.
My phone rang tonight for business too, ...... me off, 7:30 at dinner. I must answer because it could have been an emergency, it wasn't, it was something I could take care of tomorrow but I was so angry they called this evening I told them I would get to it on Monday when I returned to the office. In fact I'll be at the office tomorrow but if you're gonna be rude you'll need to wait until Monday
you can pull up cached versions of a website to take a look if its worth the trouble but each link will take you back to the live site so you have to copy the link for each page you want to see and pull up the cached version of it
Like I said be with your family it's the holiday weekend to be .... But honestly to close down a website???? A website isn't a store it doesn't have store hours .... And people making orders know its a holiday weekend like someone said before we expect delays on holidays!!
It is their choice to close the site for what ever reason.
