Really Disappointed

So lets fast forward to yesterday after emails with Brandon last week I was suppose to get 1 bottle of pink lemonade and 1 bottle of lemonade and a credit to my account. Both bottles where suppose to be 24 mg and they came 18mg? Well I guess that wasnt bad but than I get called a LIAR on the receipt saying I have been getting pink lemonade this whole time according to there records and pics. Well I have only ordered 2x once was samples and once was when they sent me pink lemonade as stated in the above thread. SO heres pics of the sample that I recieved as u can see its YELLOW NOT PINK and the 2 bottles I recieved yesterday that are 18mg not 24.I tried calling a few times yesterday and didnt get thru after I wrote Brandon a email yesterday also and still no response as of right now. Just kinda mad that I got called a LIAR that I am just out to get juice was the way I took it. I have NO problem paying for what I get as long as its what I order.

Sorry to hear about that. Something kinda similar happened to me. I ordered two juices, both 24mg, and they sent one 24mg and one 18mg. I tried calling yesterday when I got it in the mail but no one answered the phone so I had to leave a message. Hopefully, they'll send me what I ordered soon.

Sorry I haven't been available to answer phone calls this weekend, I have a relative in town that I see once a year if I'm lucky, and I thought it would it would be nice to spend some time with her since her husband very recently died.

Edit: It also helps to leave me messages on the phone since I get tons of calls from foreign companies wanting us to sell their stuff, and they never leave messages. Zero, I did get a message from you, and one of your bottles may have just been mismarked, that has happened a few times lately and Ms T is making efforts to eliminate this error. I will try to give you a call about this on Monday and we will take care of you.

I'm a bit disappointed myself that you would go to such great lengths to try to talk bad about us on our forum when you received TWO free 15ml bottles AND got an $11.50 credit when you are claiming that ONE 6ml bottle was wrong. You have now received more free juice from us than you have actually purchased. We are certainly sorry that 18mg was sent instead of 24, Ms T received my email about what level you wanted, but ended up accidentally going by your most recent order of the Strawberry Lemonade where you ordered 18mg. But calling you a liar?? No, that did not happen. What in fact Ms T wrote was just stating that according to our records, and the pics that WE take (we take pics of EVERY order that we create), it was Strawberry Lemonade. She never used the word "liar", and only wanted to point out what our physical records show to stop the confusion. Please refrain from putting words into peoples mouths.

I was thinking at first that based on the fact that you said "yellow", maybe we sent regular lemonade instead. From your pics, it is obvious that NONE of the Strawberry Lemonades you have been sent are in fact yellow like the Lemonade. And now you are comparing a bottle of Strawberry Lemonade from August to a brand new bottle of Strawberry Lemonade, which has not yet had time to change in color. What are we supposed to think? In the inflammatory email you sent to me after getting your free 15ml bottles and credit you said, "I dont know know what pics u have that show I have got pink liquid everytime but you better check again." Well, I checked again. Please see the first pic from August 31. The original Strawberry Lemonade we sent you clearly is not yellow. At the time of shipping, it hadn't changed to the color that it would later become (notice that your Snickerdoodle hadn't either). Then look at the next pic with your second order from October 14. Same color as the 6ml of Strawberry Lemonade in the first pic? Yeah, I think so. Then take a look at pic 3 from October 20 when we sent you the free Lemonade and free Strawberry lemonade. All are the same color. Ms T did not call you a liar, but was "yellow" really the truth? Please recheck your pics because in all of ours, the Strawberry Lemonades are all pink, not yellow at all. Ms T's juices will change a bit in color after as little as a few days. Ask anyone about that. More nic usually equates to even more color change. Flavor tends to change a little over the course of time as well. Please reference "steeping" anywhere on ECF.

Well thats the way I took it was I was being called a liar. When I received the sample bottle in the mail it didnt look like the pics u have? Not saying it didnt leave there looking like that I dont know? It was a yellowish color when I got it. Both sample bottles where the wrong mg they both where 18 when I order 24 so in a sense they both where wrong just not 1. Im not saying I dont appreciate you guys trying to make it right. Never said that at all. Im just gonna have to order 24mg sometime soon and hope it comes 24mg. As of right now the 18mg isnt strong enough.

Your pics show the 6ml (sample size) Strawberry Lemonade and my pics show that and the Snickerdoodle. Both are have "MED" circled. That's 24mg, not 18. It seems that the only problem here is that we sent you 18mg (which you had also ordered in your most recent order) on the free 30ml of juice to replace a 6ml bottle of juice that did not appear to be incorrectly made. You also still have an $11.50 credit to use that will buy any 15ml of your choice. Even if you throw away the two 15ml bottles we sent you, you are still coming out ahead. I think it is time to consider this issue closed.

Seems to me that there is a rather large amount of bleating when restoration has been above and beyond what one could or would expect. Steeping changes everything as I understand it from what I have read ... and I am far from experienced, so really can't speak from true knowledge, only research.

I think the bagging should stop as the overwhelming feeling of those that I see within Ms T's forum is a great positiveness and appreciation for a fine service. The high praise that I saw (which made me make my second ever E-juice order, and the 1st from Ms T's) as far as I can see is nothing but deserved. I am HUGELY impressed and I live on the other side of the world.

You get top marks from me Ms T's and I thank you for the service and fabulous product that you supply.
