rebuildabe that works on the vmod

Is there any rebuildable attys that will work for the Vmod or any way to get one to work??? thanks

See Eddie Adam's Vapage VMODXL rba squid rda thread on page 2 of this sub-forum.Pay especial attention to the use of o-rings.I found Raydan's pics helpful.I use a RM2 from REOSMODS on mine using a 510 to 510 open connector(also from REOSMODS) with a small o-ring around it in the space where the chimmney would normally be and 2 larger o-rings around the milled part of the RM2 to hold on the VMODXL shell and seal the whole unit. Works great for me. Sorry I can't post pics,I have dial-up and pics take forever. Good Luck.

When you figure out your choice of rebuildable and get it working on your vmod, please do a voltage drop test for everyone and post back, The closest I have seen to anyone posting such information was a couple of folks who lied in the great big VMod thread "Let's talk about the vmod - Calling all vmodders" somewhere in this section. At least two people claimed they experienced zero voltage drop... those claims are outright false and obviously false to anyone who has even a little understanding of an electrical circuit... The next closest claim I saw posted was something to the effect that the internal resistance in the vmod has somehow been drastically decreased since the previous version.... but that info is just there with no actual numbers to go with it and I'm left thinking they probably just made it up too or perhaps just decided "it feels that way".. That sort of thing is unfortunate when folks just blow whatever goes through their heads right out the other end.

I'm super curious if the VMod could actually perform for some of these multi-coil sub-ohm cloud chasers around ECF and elsewhere.
