So I started building my own coils a couple days ago. So far I only have an IGO-L but it is been in constant use since I put my first coil in it. I have to say I'm loving it, the flavor the versatility, it's awesome!

I ran out of wire (took me a few tries before I got a working coil, later turned out it was the damn pv I was using, ended up wasting a bunch of wire), so I went back to the other random devices I have, 510 attys, dc tanks, clearomizers. I have to say, it was rather disappointing. The dc tanks were alright, the protanks were alright, but the whole time it felt like everything just wasn't quite there.

I have more wire and wick in the mail, I can't wait.

My wire and wick should arrive by friday, I can hold out until then. I have a nice little LR 510 atty that's working fine.
Just run to a local B&M and pick up a couple feet or wire on the way to work. Then have at it.

I'm going to have to buy more, I just wish rebuildables weren't so damn expensive.
lol welcome to the dark side young Jedi.

now your hooked and that cheap disposable stuff will never cut it again :D

I have a handful of 18650 and 18350 batteries for that exact reason. If one dies, I just toss it out and move on. :)
I sympathize as a ruined a battery too anxious to wait for a meter to arrive so that I could test my coil job.

if your interested in buying nice ones save up, but in the meantime hit up fasttech they have some really nice dripper clones that work and are built well.

the original v5 and yk1 are wicked (drill the airhole a bit) and the new trident is a really really nice atty for 16 bucks.

I was planning on doing that, it's what I did with the IGO-L, I bought the FT one and I liked it so I bought a real one from OKCVapes because it was $10. :)
Thanks for the advice, I will look into those.

EDIT: and the shopping cart at FastTech grows yet again....
