Rebuilding China ERA to dual coils using kanthal flat wire

Hi Everyone just wondering who could help to show me how to build a dual coil on a China ERA using Kanthal Flat wire. I tried to build one coil no problem but its just so hard to get the flat wire inside the post holes. CAn someone help me?
