Recipe Help

Hey guys, still new to DIY...

I thought I'd list the flavors I have and see if anyone has any recipes that involve them (yep, already read the recipe thread)

All of my diy kinda sucks, so I thought someone may have a tried and true recipe.

I have:

Loranns:
pralines and cream
maple
butter
barvarian cream
eggnog
banana
butter rum
butternut

Diyflavorshack:
ry4
555
"nut" (smells like almond)
carmel

If anyone could help me figure out a barvarian cream or pralines and cream juice..or maybe something that taste's like Mrs. T's Spongecake, I would love you forever. I'm close, but just not there yet..I like sweet things.

Oh yea..and I have 36mg vg nic, pg, vg, and a 50/50 mix.

I also have em sweetener.

I don't think you can get a spongecake flavor with what you have. I imagine Mrs' T's developed that flavor especially for her company. Have you downloaded Dan's Calculator (link in his signature)? There may be some recipes there that you like. Good luck and have fun!

I have downloaded Dan's calculator...and surprisingly...the barvarian cream I made tastes a lot like the spongecake. I love it.

Glad to hear that, JP! Now you can take a small amount of that and mix it with other flavors to come up with more yummy ones. Starting out I would recommend making all your single flavors up in a no-nic base just so you have an idea what they taste like. Then you can use those together to get a feeling for what flavors mix well together. It's a bit different than cooking because we're dealing with flavor "molecules" and some will delete some flavors. That's why impeccable notes are a necessity.
