Recipe Help :(

Hey everyone,

as the title suggests - i've had little to no luck with making my own ejuice. 1 recipe has been a success out of 20+. [It was Graham Cracker + Marshmallow - nice n smooth]
And from the digging i've done, it always seems like i'm missing a flavor to try another one : /

I've attached a list of the flavors I currently have

Would anyone be able to perhaps link me to a few flavors that may be of interest based on what's there? It'd be super appreciated!

What vendor did you get the flavors from?

Everytime I get a new flavor I mix it at 5% and adjust from there. If you don't like a flavor on its own you are not likely to like it in a mix.

They're all Capella's! The only flavor I haven't liked alone was banana, it had a weird plastic taste every time I've tried it. The rest on their own seem to be good.

I'll 2nd that -- start at 5% (maybe a little higher at like 7% if you feel adventurous) and go from there with one single flavor at a time unless you're working from a known good recipe... As stated if you don't like the flavor on its own you'll prob not like it in a mix... And, mixing flavs can be a real chore since what seems like it should make a good combo (and does in other things like baking) may not work for vaping... Wish I could be of more help, but... I have no prob mixing for my wife who says I hit it out of the park with everything (berries and stuff) I make for her, but can't get one I really like in the tobacco area that's my preference...

Have you tried using the search here? I'll put a flavor in the search to find percentages and/or recipes. There are lots of threads on the different suppliers too. If all that fails, and sometimes it does, there are other places to check out. Here's one:

There is a facebook page with recipes and I forgot to bookmark it darn it. As far as seeing a good recipe and having every flavor but one or two, welcome to my world. It never fails. lol

I see one you have (that I don't!) is Sweet Tangerine. Hoosier says 15% and it's good. That flavor is on my list.

Have you tried using ethyl malto in your flavors?

Yes some ! I found in a few fruitier recipes it was a little too intense, but in others it worked well and helped a lot.
