Is there is anyone out there who has heard of or ever tried the juice "Bluegrass"it is made by Vandalia Mist.I am really interested in trying to clone this ejuice if you have a recipe that's close to it please post it.thank you

Anytime. Please note that I like a higher PG ratio and higher nic, so make sure you adjust to your liking.
BTW- newer recipes are adding a little Oak Wood - FA in there.

Here is another version using (mostly) the same ingredients. It is currently the most popular (highest rating; with the greatest number of reviews) Castle recipe on ELR. Flavor percentages are a bit higher than the one @smacuser shared. This one may appeal to those who have recently quit smoking, and/or like commercial e-liquids (commonly use high flavoring percentages).

Thank you for the input I think the the higher % will be more to my liking have been vaping mostly lower end juices and have been let down with the amount of flavoring in most of them
