Recipe to make liquid similar to Flum Mello?

What PG/VG ratio do you think is most like Flum Mello, and should I use nic salt or freebase? I have a geekvape l200 if that should affect my choice (maybe I don't want it exactly like Flum Mello because of my choice of devices?). Any good tips relating to any of this are appreciated.

According to vaping.com, it’s a 50/50 blend of pg/vg. At 50ml nic strength, I’m going say they use nic salts.
