i've seen pink ego twists, cant remember where, sorry, and maybe a pink vivi nova tank with a pink drip tip? too many pink lol
I HATE pink but I easily got a pink 510 eG0 Twist and I've seen 510 Spinners in pink (and I got purple)
What I had to do was surf for "ecig twist colors" or spinner or whatever. Who has what in stock seems to vary by the week, but now that Chinese New Year is long-over it's getting better.
I am actually quite dismayed that pink seems to be the ONLY girlie color because I like turquoise, sea green, and quite a few other colors but all the colors offered appear to be designed to appeal to either men or Asians, who look good in/with different colors and have different color cultural preferences.
Give me rubberized aqua!

There are several options for color. You can find ego's in nice girly colors. I have been looking at the kanger ego batteries. they match the edov's colors. Also I think my freedom let's you choose the color of your twist and size in the starter kits. I have never ordered from them but I hear they are good. Discount vapers is carring the kangers and some colored ego batteries and they will treat you right.
Let's not forget wraps! J-Wraps has a ton of cute ones and they also do custom-designed wraps as well. A nice wrap with a colored Vivi Nova or other colored clearo is a great combo.

They look awesome with my rainbow colored spinner!
It all depends what form factor you want.
I used my Blu 100 for several months before upgrading.
Some people don't want to mess with juice & refilling.
Others just like the form factor of a cigalike.
Another great option is the Johnson Creek Vea.
It was my first upgrade eGo style PV.
JC makes the best juice IMO.
The Vea looks like a work of art.
Is very portable. And there's prefilled options available.
It's less than $60 for a complete starter kit shipped.
