I highly recommend the E-Power 14650. Its a really nice 3.7V that is a 510. I use it mostly with 1.7ohm LR "Ressurector" cartos and also have a HH .357 atty for dripping and both hit like a beast! Its a really affordable mod and ALL parts of the unit can be replaced which is really nice and keeps costs down.

Another plus is that it uses non-proprietary batteries which is great cause instead of paying close to 20 bucks for a whole new battery unit when your riva quits, you just need to buy a new seperate battery. You can get the 14650 batteries for 4-5 bucks and the "High-Drains" for 7-8 bucks. I have both and they both work really well and they last a long time! About a whole day on one battery.

Another plus is that the switch is regulated so you get a really consistant vape, instead of really trailing off when the battery is almost dead on a lot of other units. Some say it is NOT regulated, but it def is. Ive tested it and at full battery I was at 3.75v on the dot and with a battery that was almost completely dead the absolutely lowest reading Ive gotten was at 3.68v. Thats pretty darn good. Also, many people were complaining about the rubber button on the switch bc it would stop working, get stuck inside, etc. And that def was true, it was a pain, but they just came out with a new plastic button for the switch and its MUCHH better. And if really needed, you can just buy a completely new switch assembly for under 10 bucks.

If your looking to get one I would def get it from Crystal Clear Vaping. Ive looked around and they def give you the best bang for your buck. For $57 bucks, you get the E-Power kit, comes with 2 batteries, the new plastic button switch, cone, 2 510 attys, 5 cartidges, wall charger. Thats the whole kit. But where you get an awesome value is this. CCV throws in a FREE 5-Pack of the 1.7ohm LR "Ressurector" cartomizers (which totally kick ....) and they also throw in a FREE 30ml bottle of an
E-Juice of your choice. (I got the Black & Mild and I really like it) If you add it up thats $23 in free extras!! And to top it off they give you free priority shipping. It really is an awesome deal.

Plus, put in coupon code "ecf5off" and get 5% off.

I also recommend buying another pack of cartomizers, either the ressurectors or the Boges, because he throws in a free syringe and needle with every cartomizer pack purchase!

The guy at CCV is a really good guy as well and extremely helpful. His customer service really is top notch.

I hope all this helped!

I'm not sure what you mean by something new. Have you tried VV vaping? My ego's and riva's are collecting dust since I tried VV. By adjusting your voltage, you can get a cool, warm, or hot vape. You can dial in your voltage to get the most flavor from your juice. I don't want to start recommending any modders because I don't know if you're interested yet. There's a lot to choose from.

And, then there's tanks...

I've got a riva 510 and I enjoy dual coil cartos and dripping but wanna try something new. I've been looking at the CE2s with the wick, anyone have any feedback on those? I'm open to any suggestions since I'm still fairly new to vaping.

The newest CE2 is pretty good.

The Vision Extreme is my favorite carto based on this concept. These just rock right out of the package...require no modding...last a good long while...and are easy as pie to fill. If you like the way a good CE2 style carto vapes. These things are truly a great value. Including liquid...I'm vaping for way less than a Dollar a Day on these including the liquid (I vape on average from 3 to 4ml of e-liquid per day) now! Yep, they can last that long.

On batteries. I got myself a Darwin several months ago and it's been totally amazing. Variable power. It is very well warranted and uses a pair of li-poly batteries (should last at least 2 years, and only costs about $25 for a new set installed) and has a built in charger. Expensive up front, but so easy to use that it's been worth it to me. Considering I was blowing hundreds of bucks a month on smoking tobacco before...even with the purchase of a Darwin (after trying all sorts of 'less expensive stuff' before) the price of vaping has been a drop in the bucket compared to what I was spending before (and that's counting my unnecessary spending sprees in search of the perfect vape for me).

If you don't want to spring that kind of money for a mod, there are quite a few other mods out there at various price points. I personally recommend the Variable Voltage/Power ones. A top of the line mod has been well worth it to me, as being able to fine tune the heat offers much variety in what cartos/atties you use, and it can extend the life of cartos and atomizers somewhat saving a bunch of money in the long run. The Visions linked above are really sweet from 4v to 4.5v to me. Have a look here to see some of the mods that are out there: Best e-Cig Mod List | e-Cig Mods Database

That link above is getting pretty aged...also check here on the forums for a slew of inexpensive mods. I.E. here's a good little mod that won't break the bank and lets you have a taste of VV and Bottom Feeding: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...vv-army-tank-variable-volt-bottom-feeder.html
Also check this out as another example that can be found here on ECF: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...oltage-evercool-quality-look-great-price.html

Go to Gotvapes, get some, and try them. They are cheap as any other cartomizer, and they really work great not only for me but many others. Some cuss 'em though. Your choice. If they work for you and your juice, go for it. They're only 2 or 3 bucks apiece. I personally prefer the smaller ones. Gotta fill them more often, but they seem to wick much more consistently. It's really easy the first time you fill one, simply remove and discard the inner seal, turn the donut upside down for a seal, and vape. Tons of vapor. For 3.7 volt vaping, try the 2.4 to 2.6 ohm range. If a particular juice doesn't wick well, simply thin it down just a small amount. Once you get the hang of these things, they really are pretty good.

The new Visions also are supposed to do really well, but I truthfully have not yet tried one. As soon as they replenish their stock over there, my order will be going!
