The SXmini would deliver the power in a far more refined, accurate, and dependable manner. Plus it Will give you more flexibility with it's soft,standard, powerful & powerful+ modes! I know from personal experience. Just use it in regular/ wattage mode until you've educated yourself enough to go on to TC/builds. It has a one year warranty, how many Cloudpors have that!!!
M class has temp control, S class does not. Plus M class has some form factor refinement. Only $10.00 more in cost. They don't manufacture the S class now (limited production) , but I know of a vape store in Naples, Fl (Pelican vapor) that should have some S class units.Google it, if you want.

Or, build higher ohm coils. We are talkin powerful regulated devices here. You can throw some good voltage at a higher ohm coil and get decent battery life. And great vapor production. I usually go through two batteries a day, heavy, long vaping days! The SXmini does pretty good in that respect. Just have new/fresh batteries always helps right? Plus in your initial post you stated a single 18650 device, hence the suggestion. Good luck with your research, and APV hunt.
