I bought a kit on 10/30/09 recieved it in mail on 11/3/09 and with in 11 days one battery went bad so I emailed Red Dragon and they emailed me back next day and told me what I had to do to send it back ok no problem cost me 4.20 to send it back for a replacement. Got that in 3 days and then 6 days later here the battery I got replace with went bad so I emailed them again and told them that here it is not even a month from recieving thier kit I had 2 batteries that went bad and waited for them to response back and 4 days went by nothing no email nothing so I emailed them again 3 days ago and still no response back and today would by 30 days from recieving kit and I only have 1 battery that still works but barely. Seems after awhile of using the battery you need to puff harder and longer just to get it to lite up and it is hard on the jaw like trying to suck very thick icecream thru a straw.My first battery that went bad would not charge but lite would stay on and not go out and when it did go out after 2 to 3 mins it would not come back on. and now the replacement battery I have it plain dead won't lite up or charge nothing. And I was told by a few people that when they send you a replacement it is a used battery .But now seems after having problems with one battery and now a second one they seemed to not want to bother with you and this is how to treat a customer and I just bought 2- 4 packs of cartridge and if the battery i have now goes out I am stuck. and funny things is I bought the totally wicked manual e-cig and got it 3 days after reciving red dragons kit and still have same batteries. I will never buy from red dragon again. They help you once after that good luck!!!!!
