redeeming points

Does anyone know how long it takes to get the coupon code in your email once you redeem points?

most of the time people redeem the points on an order. did you try to have it send you a gift certificate or something? at the very end of the checkout process is when you can apply your points to the order.

Aargh do I feel dumb or what!!! You're right - I just went back to my account placed the order and th points were redeemed
