Hi everyone first post on this forum.I have been lurking around for about 3 months at this forum, been vapeing about the same amount of time. Anyway I been working on a Pass through. That I can use while I am at my computer.
Without hooking it up to my computer. With enough power to power my 510 atty to my satisfaction. With out spending a lot of money. This thing WORKS very very Good. all the things you read about high voltage vaping the different taste you get and a lot of vapor plus high voltage dry burn WILL clean your atty.

First start out with an older 6V/12V 6 amp automotive battery charger .
Then you will need a rheostat or a light dimmer like the one you use to dim the lights at the dining table.
then you will need a momentary switch most any switch will do the smaller the better but we have lots of power here so a toggle switch or a starter switch will do.

Most of the wiring diagrams are posted for the wiring so I will say I haven't seen anything that you couldn't buy on this fourm that would make a very tidy little mod box I used a cigarette lighter plug in adapter for mine the hole was just right for the battery connector for the atty.

The most important thing to remember is to adjust the amperage before you hook your atty to it. I am using mine between 1 - 1.5 amps which will be 1000-1500 ma I have tried mine at 2 amps and haven't hurt my atty.
to adjust the amps hook the chargers +pos terminal to one side of the rheostat hook the ground to the other side make sure your charger is on the 6 volt setting
turn on the charger and adjust the amperage with the rheostat to selected range of 1-1.5 amps turn off the charger mark your rheostat at that setting.

This thing will last forever if you did it right you could hook up multiple attys :toast: and have a party.

Thanks Don C
